Are sanded back & front. We use a quality birch ply in all our products which is stonger than a m.d.f. equivalent. Further more
If you require a shape that is not in our standard range just email us your shape for a quote.  Our largest c.n.c. machine has
an automatic tool changer which allows for cutting & also pockets in the ply. Our cutting area is 2440mm wide x 1525mm high
so if it is a 1 off part or quantity we have the machines to do it economically.
