or small runs. We have 3 c.n.c routers with our largest router we can process sheets upto 1525mm wide x 2440mm long, this
unit also has an automatic tool changer. The routers mainly cut all types of plastics, ply & aluminium composite boards.
For the machining of steels & aluminium we have a C.N.C. lathe & C.N.C. machining centre with which we have 3D CAD/CAM
facilities. The C.N.C. lathe has a processing area 762mm between centres & maximum cutting diameter of 406mm this will
machine steel, aluminium, nylon & acetal.

it has a higher spindle speed & feed rates. As well as these extra features it also
has a ten tool automatic tool changer which can change a tool from chip to chip in
6.5 seconds. These added features will aid in the reduction in cycle times & lower
unit cost.
As well as our c.n.c. machines we have facilities for welding with the use of M.I.G.,
T.I.G., spot welding & plastic welding. Along with a range of semi-automatic machines.
